Muse – are embarking on delivering a £150m Church Wharf regeneration vision in Bolton town centre as part of their continued commitment to the towns and cities of the North West. As part of this panel Phil will go into detail about the project and future ambitions within the town. Bolton at Home – Noel is in the midst of leading Bolton at Home through fast paced development programme aimed at contributing to the borough meeting its ambitious housing targets. As part of this session she will be talking about each forthcoming development and pointing to the rise in using of MMC for their schemes. As Chair of the town’s 2030 Vision board she will also go into depth about various economic growth strategies being implemented. Placefirst – are the organisation behind the Central Street development in Bolton which will comprise of 200 new homes and 10,000 sq ft of commercial space.
