£140m Coventry Residential Scheme Set For Approval Posted on: November 8th, 2020 Coventry City Council look set to approve plans for over 700 new apartments on the edge of the city centre, after the scheme was recommended for approval. The project is being brought forward by Complex Development Projects (CDP) who’ll be discussing the project alongside Coventry City Council at our upcoming Coventry Development Plans Event.
