The fastest-growing public EV charging network in Greater Manchester and the North of England have confirmed their attendance and partnership at the UKREiiF event, which is set to take place between 16 – 18 May 2023, in Leeds.

Be.EV operate, refresh, expand and maintain concentrated regional networks of public electrical vehicle charging infrastructure.

Working closely with developers, landlords, retailers, as well as local authorities, NHS trusts and local communities, Be.EV improve and enhance EV charging access – to make sure no area is left behind and EVs are accessible to all.

For Be.EV, the EV charging roll-out can play a role in placemaking too, transforming unloved land and greening neighbourhoods with charging locations that double as sustainable community hubs. Be.EV’s new hub designs feature planting and landscaping and even integrate trees into the structure.

Amanda Griffiths, Director at UKREiiF, said: “Following on from a successful first year at UKREiiF, we are pleased to announce that Be.EV have confirmed their spot at UKREiiF 2023.

“Be.EV will be able to showcase their business and give EV strategy advice to a plethora of local authorities, investors, occupiers and developers and build their already substantial client list.”

Speaking of their involvement, Asif Ghafoor, CEO and co-founder of Be.EV, said: “UKREiiF is a unique opportunity for us to reach a big chunk of our customer and partner audiences from up and down the country, right on our doorstep. We want to talk to anybody who is still confused about EV charging or doesn’t know what their next step should be. Whether that’s a local authority, NHS trust or a developer. We’ve got the knowledge and experience, as well as the capabilities to remove any remaining barriers to getting roll-outs rolling. We really have no time to lose.”

Led by the UK’s leading property events company, Built Environment Networking, and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the second annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 16-18 May 2023. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
