Coltham, a developer and asset manager, has formed a partnership with Delancey, led by Jamie Ritblat, to introduce a new logistics platform in the UK called Greenlight.

This collaborative effort aims to create sustainable mid-box logistics projects in close proximity to major urban areas and transportation routes throughout the country. The objective is to address the considerable shortage of top-notch, contemporary assets of this specific size and category. By focusing on these undersupplied markets, Greenlight intends to meet the growing demand for high-quality logistics facilities.
