He was also seconded into the Scottish Future Trust (SFT) as Chair of the Scottish BIM Delivery Group. Arcadis – Lara Potter currently leads the Workforce for the Future Programme for Arcadis in the UK. The programme supports digital transformation across disciplines and sectors – building understanding of the skills, capabilities and culture needed to make the most of digital and technology. She is a thought leader on how data and technology can deliver solutions in the built environment and is currently focused on the skills and culture required to accelerate disruption and innovation in the construction sector.
