Yorkshire Water – Yorkshire Water have extensive plans to redevelop and repurpose the historic buildings that make up their estate including the creation of a flagship centre of excellence for learning and wellbeing which will provide a venue for Yorkshire Water’s new training academy for colleagues and the wider water industry. Roisin will go into more detail on these schemes as well as providing intel on Yorkshire Water’s wider development plans for their land and property portfolio. Get Living – Get Living recently announced major plans to build nearly 800 flats on an “eyesore” former industrial site near Leeds city centre. The £177 million scheme will see flats spread across eight buildings of between eight and twenty three floors in height and the development will include commercial units. John will join this session to give more intel on this scheme and showcase their vision for this site which has been left derelict for a number of years.
