Housing developer Your Housing Group are set to receive the green light for their £31m proposed residential project in Leigh, Greater Manchester.

  • 226 new homes which will be;
  • 113 for shared ownership
  • 113 for affordable rent
  • Mixture on one-bedroom maisonettes, one and two bedroom apartments, and two to three bed houses
  • Off street parking and front/rear gardens for properties

Your Housing Group – who’re speaking at on Development Plans Webinar – are one of Homes England’s key strategic partners – and the project has been partially funded with a grant from the Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme.
