Drew Smith Named as Developer for Homes England Scheme Posted on: April 18th, 2020 Developer Drew Smith has secured a contract with Homes England to develop 107 new homes in Portsmouth.The brownfield site, located in Milton, formerly houses St James’ Hospital which closed in 2016. Since then plans have been discussed to transform the Grade II-listed hospital building into new homes but this latest development in the plans seems to be a big step forward.
