Major Regeneration Scheme Secures €110m Funding Posted on: November 13th, 2020 The transformational North Quay’s scheme in Waterford has secured major backing from the Government – who’ve announced they’ll provide €110m in addition to the €400m from Falcon Real Estate.The project is the largest urban regeneration project in the country – and is being brought forward by the Saudi Arabian-backed Falcon Real Estate who’s Development Director Rob Cass is set to speak at the Republic of Ireland Development Conference later this month (26th November).
