The transformational North Quay’s scheme in Waterford has secured major backing from the Government – who’ve announced they’ll provide €110m in addition to the €400m from Falcon Real Estate.

The project is the largest urban regeneration project in the country – and is being brought forward by the Saudi Arabian-backed Falcon Real Estate who’s Development Director Rob Cass is set to speak at the Republic of Ireland Development Conference later this month (26th November).

  • Regeneration of an eight-hectare site
  • 15-storey hotel
  • Conference centre
  • Twin blocks of office space rising up to seven storeys
  • 300 apartments
  • Open public space
  • Creation of 1,500 new full-time jobs during the construction phase

Falcon Real Estate are also looking to build a shopping centre across the River Suir in Waterford and a further 800 homes on the outskirts of the city, firming their commitment to the city.
