Mixed-use scheme in Camden Town gets planning approval Posted on: January 30th, 2020 W Real Estate has secured a resolution to grant planning permission for a mixed-use scheme at St Pancras Commercial Centre at Pratt Street in Camden Town. The scheme will include the re-provision of the existing light industrial space, alongside 175,451 sq ft of new office and retail space and 33 residential units.
