A formal application has been received by Stockton Borough Council from Cameron Hall Developments and Jomast Developments Ltd for permission to develop under the Town & Country Planning Act 1990.

Proposal: Outline application with all matters reserved for the erection of up to 800 dwellings, community centre, care and medical facilities, open space, golf course improvements and associated works.
