This webinar will focus on collaboration across the South Coast – covering locations such as Brighton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth and Southampton.

Our South Coast Development Conference earlier this year highlighted a desire for the public sector to work more closely together, whether that’s a more informal agreement or some form of devolved deal to increase investment into the region. In this webinar we’ll hear from those across the area to discuss and debate the topic – highlighting positives and potential negatives.

We’ll also discuss future development activity across the coast – discovering new schemes which are set to be unlocked.

Speakers for this event include:

• Solent LEP – Anne-Marie will bring us up to speed with the LEPs’s activities in the Solent region and talk about the very positive position that they were in prior to C19 and how they have every intention of hitting the ground running when we ‘bounce back’ to normality. The LEP is supporting the property sector by way of funding and also facilitating collaboration between the key cities across the South Coast with several initiatives and projects that Anne-Marie will talk about.

• Tellon Capital – the developer behind the £250 million Bargate Centre in Southampton, and 40 Broadway in Victoria, Tellon Capital have a diverse mixed-use portfolio. James will provide some thought leadership on their approach to placemaking and give an update on their project timelines.

• MDL Developments – as pace accelerates on the regeneration of Southampton, Kristi will be on hand to talk about her proposed 23 story tower development in Ocean Village. With the scheme set to go through the planning process in the coming weeks, this is one of the first opportunities to hear from the masterminds behind it and what might be next for their company.

• Fawley Waterside – the main voice behind the £1bn major Fawley Waterside regeneration in Hampshire will deliver in full his vision and development timeline, the concept behind the plan and how it will be one of the most ambitious schemes the UK has seen in the past 20 years.
